Our maintenance contracts are flexible in both features & options, for any brand and model. We offer a broad range of maintenance contracts, from the highly standardized all-in-one to the individually tailored to meet your specific building requirements, traffic patterns, equipment condition, and more.
Our off-the-rack service features build the basis for your individual or all-in-one service contract. All contracts can be extended with service options and are available for any lift or escalator brand and model.
We maintain all brands. In fact, 50% of the Schindler maintenance portfolio consists of non-Schindler products or models.
To meet the different needs of customers, the service provided by Schindler Malta can be classified to three levels of contract coverage - A, B and C - in addition to custom contracts that could be developed if required. Schindler can define the maintenance program most appropriate for each one of your individual units, and so accommodate the unique requirements of your different tenants.
Schindler service A is a fully comprehensive contract which combines callbacks coverage with regular preventive maintenance visits and automatic replacements of consumable items, which means providing automatic replacement for the components of your installations subject to wear within their proven lifetime. Service A is ideal for new installations and is designed to complement, with minimal duplication, your original manufacturer’s warranty.
Schindler Service B provides a unique combination between our basic coverage, preventive service program; the typical interval of lifts and escalators in addition to supplying spare parts with lower prices.
Schindler Service C is our basic coverage which provides two service visits per year. In case of call backs and repairs, the service will be at additional charge as indicated in the maintenance agreement.
Our continuous monitoring and response service allows for tracking and analyzing equipment – as well as performing condition checks.
Our information option keeps you on top of things. Transparency and full control is allotted multiple communication channels and reports are submitted through them.
Our option for flexible maintenance and repair work appointments. Plus the possibility for off working hours services – and 24/7 call-back interventions.
Our examinations cover periodic safety checks beyond national norms, plus the coordination and support of regulatory bodies.
Our in-car alarm service allows passengers to connect with one of our trained service staff. The release of entrapped passengers is ensured.
Our phone- and data line management for remote- and alarm services enables continuous line function and alarm system checks.
